Getting to Santa Ynez
Santa Ynez Valley is location about 40 minutes from Santa Barbara and about 2.5 hours from Los Angeles. We highly recommend stopping a night in Santa Barbara on your drive up if you have the time to explore the most beautiful beach town in California, and we would be happy to provide accommodation/food & drink recommendations in the area.
AIRPORTS
Los Angeles Airport (LAX) is located 2 hours 45 minutes from Santa Ynez.
Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) is located 45 minutes from Santa Ynez.

A sophisticated and relaxed country inn resembling the English Cotswolds with 19 rooms, a pool across the street, and a great restaurant/bar downstairs. Also right on the main street in Los Olivos walkable to tasting rooms and restaurants.

HOTEL YNEZ
One of Sarah & Carlos’s favorite relaxing hotels in the area, featuring fire pits, a small pool, bocce courts, and hammocks. This is not as walkable as the Los Olivos and Solvang options, but they do provide bikes to get around.

Located in Solvang, which is a Danish town on the touristy end of Santa Ynez with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, and more to explore in walking distance. Relax by the pool in the daytime, and we will have one of the shuttles stopping here to take people to the venue.
